Breath of the Embodied Soul:
Together we go on a 5 month transformational guided journey. With 1 breathwork journey plus 45 minute coaching call per month and three 45 minute coaching calls per month, you will not only achieve your desired outcome, you will forever own the tool of your breath enhancing every area of your life. Patterns that once stood in the way of your ability to succeed will be a part of the past. By applying the 5 step system, you will be self empowered to assess and shift what is in the way of desired outcomes.
The soul can be seen as the composer of the symphony. It represents the essence of who we are in our wholeness, our authentic self, and the source of our creativity. Guided Embodied Soul:
Breathwork is not for everyone. If you are called to be guided but do not want to do transformational breathwork journeys once a month, we can embark on the 5 step symphony of the soul journey with 45 minute coaching calls once a week. There are many tools that can be applied depending on your soul signature. We explore what works best for you to embody your specific desired outcomes. We can not separate the soul from the goal.
