I am a certified breathwork and life coach with trauma informed knowledge that guides transformation in any area of life. With a deep sense of mind, body, heart and spirit’s relationship to our unique soul signature, I have helped many to uncover and heal patterns of limiting beliefs standing in the way of full freedom and success in every area of life.

Functional breathing enhances respiratory function, cardiovascular health, and athletic performance while reducing anxiety, brain fog, and physical tension. Unlike deep, extended breathwork journeys, functional breathing is a daily tool for regulating the nervous system, promoting calm and clarity, and preventing dysfunctional breathing patterns that contribute to chronic stress and fatigue.
